That’s why we go the extra mile to ensure that any pet offloaded from a flight due to cancellations or delays receives the highest level of care and attention while staying with us at Heathrow and Gatwick.
Comfort & Connection First
If a pet is delayed, we send a picture or video update to the owner or agent. This immediate reassurance lets them know their beloved companion is safe, happy, and in good hands.
Spacious & Cosy Accommodations
For pets who may be with us for an extended period (over 12 hours), we can provide a larger, more spacious kennel to ensure they have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. If the pet is travelling with a furry friend from the same family, we check with the owner to see if they’d like to share a kennel for extra comfort and companionship.
Playtime & Enrichment
Pets staying with us enjoy access to our secure outdoor runs, which are designed with their happiness in mind. These spaces include grass, toys, plants, and various enrichment activities to keep them engaged and entertained. Our experienced staff visits each pet multiple times per day for playtime, feeding, watering, or simply providing some much-needed cuddles.
A Calming Atmosphere
To create a soothing environment, classical music is played throughout the day, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation. We also use a variety of enrichment techniques such as scatter food play, toy hiding, and Pet Remedy spray, a natural calming spray that helps reduce stress and anxiety. These methods keep pets mentally stimulated and comfortable during their stay.
